4. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

(a) to provide goods, services or information to you;

(d) to improve and optimise our service offering and customer experience;

We take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is secure and protected from misuse or unauthorised access. Our information technology systems are password protected, and we use a range of administrative and technical measures to protect these systems. We endeavour to use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your user information, including personal data from unauthorised access or use, and will promptly report to you (as a user) any unauthorised access or use of such information to the extent required by applicable law. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

Upon login, the user permits the system to log all data of received emails even upon exiting the site. Template generated emails are retained in individual user data logs for 420 days till automated deletion. All template generated data is able to be deleted before this time frame upon request by contacting us via the methods listed at the end of this document. The option to clear all user data logged is possible with the offering to unlink emails we remove all login information and clear any inbox emails. This option clears all user data we have stored immediately.

Our website may contain links to other websites. Those links are provided for convenience and may not remain current or be maintained. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those linked websites and we suggest you review the privacy policies of those websites before using them.

7. REQUESTING ACCESS OR CORRECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may need to verify your identity before providing you with your personal information. In some cases, we may be unable to provide you with access to all your personal information and where this occurs, we will explain why. We will deal with all requests for access to personal information within a reasonable timeframe.

If you wish to complain about how we handle your personal information held by us, please contact us using the details set out below including your name and contact details. We will investigate your complaint promptly and respond to you within a reasonable timeframe.

9. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, as described in this privacy policy, or as required by law. This includes retaining your data for as long as you maintain an account with us, and for a reasonable period after your account is closed, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. We collect and retain certain Google user data, including but not limited to your Google account email address and any related authentication tokens, as necessary to provide our services. This data is stored securely and is only used in accordance with this privacy policy.

If you choose to unlink your Google account or delete your account with us, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us via the details provided in Section 10 of this policy. Upon receiving such a request, we will promptly delete your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
